15 minutes is all you need to start feeling better! Most exercise programs rush the participant to acheive unrealistic goals. First, start by being consistent so that the 15 minute routine becomes a habit, and the habit will become a lifestyle.
Consistency is key. Soon you will realize how much more you are capable of. This will increase motivation and allow you to push your body beyond prior limits. Always remember to practice safety first and gradually progress to avoid injury. Injuries will set you back both physically and emotionally.
